Insert Molding is the backbone of our operations; we have nearly 30 years experience with Thermoset and 12 years experience with Thermo Plastic insert molding. We have pioneered processes in the Thermoplastic arena for many years. Peter Paul Electric, Inc. has been working with these materials for many years including close cooperation with Dupont. We are set up to process a wide array of Thermoplastic Parts with many processing options.


Bobbin and Part Molding

Molding bobbins have been an important aspect of our business since our inception. Our ability to stay in control of our processes and inventory, along with our innovation to mold what others may consider impossible is what keeps us from having to outsource. We recognize that quality bobbins are imperative and where all successful coil designs begin. Our capabilities are endless; we mold anything from standard bobbins, to very complex parts. The ability to mold perfect parts goes back to our technological roots, and our commitment to quality part and tooling design, quality materials matched up with the right machine for the job. Our most recent expansion has been as far as Molding Machines has been our relationship with Engle Molding Machines who are very well represented here in Puerto Rico. Our know how and experience in Bobbin Molding has allowed us to also be experts in molding many other precision required parts with very low tolerances or any molded part for that matter.
